Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Meme

If you've never played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon before, here's the skinny:
1) Your character wakes up.
2) To their surprise, they've mysteriously become a Pokemon! Oh no!
3) ... Wow. There's no humans anywhere. What do?
4) Better head up to the Wigglytuff Rescue Guild so that you'll have a warm place to sleep while you figure out what's up!
5) ????
6) PROFIT


Your character is now an Exploration Team rookie, vying for the best exploration missions and forming friendships with fellow team-mates! Decide what Pokemon your character has become and get cracking! Go on missions, get to know your partner(s), butt heads with potential rivals, or maybe just try to slack off or sneak a bite to eat from the kitchen without getting caught by Chatot or Chimecho! IT'S ALL UP TO YOU.

[Envy's been exploring the base and trying to figure out what in the hell is going on around here. He's only just managed to escape a deafening conversation with the most obnoxious Loudred in the world, so when he spots the Leafeon in the corner he figures trying to to talk to someone more quiet couldn't hurt.]

[He crouches in front of Henry, not that he knows it's Henry yet.]

Hey. Hey, you alive under there?

No. No, I am dead.

_{[A pair of brown paws appear out from under the leaf to tug it down further.]}

Oh come on, if you want to pretend to be dead then you shouldn't answer the question.

[That Leafeon's voice does sound very familiar though...Envy prods carefully at the leaf with one claw.]

How long have you been here?

<sub>[The pokemon twitches but lifts the leaf, guessing his disguise as 'dead pile of plant matter' wasn't very good. The Leafeon has bristly stubble like the stalks of some plants and slight circles under his eyes.]

I just got here...I'm so high right now.

[Well, there's definitely no mistaking who he's talking to now. SOMEONE HE KNOWS THANK GOODNESS HE'S NOT THE ONLY ONE STUCK HERE. He tries to grin, but that...doesn't look quite so friendly on an animal. But his voice does sound friendly, and very relieved. He found his frand C:]

Henry, that's you right? I thought I was the only one here, it's Envy.

_{[Henry reaches his little paws up to tug on his lower eyelids. The Verdant Pokémon isn't taking this very well.]}

Eeennvvyyyy, you're a pokemon. I'm a pokemon. Everybody's a pokemon. What the hell.

[Have a slightly awkward pat on the back, Henry.]

I have no idea what the hell. The only other Pokemon I've run into that would talk was some kind of giant, screaming rabbit. [His ears flick back in annoyance just remembering it.]

Something about being explorers.

I don't want to be an explorer. I don't want to explore anything! I want to stay in this corner until these berries wear off. I don't even know what kind of pokemon I'm supposed to be.

_{[CRAWLING IN MY SKIN.]}

...You're really big.

It's not like I want to explore anything! I'm not doing anything for the screaming rabbit and his buddies. It can't be berries, I didn't eat any and I'm seeing all this too. So they must have kidnapped us.

And turned us into Pokemon. Somehow.

[His ears go further back, and he runs one paw back through his hair, being careful not to stab himself with the claws. Envy is at least used to dealing with changing bodies all the time. That he can deal with. The rest of this mess is a different story. At the comment about his size, he blinks down at Henry.]

Not any bigger than I was as a person. I had one like me on my team, we were about the same height. ...You're pretty small, though.

_{[Henry finally stands, then sits up on his haunches and he's hardly half as tall as Envy. Weh.]}

I feel like my cousin's Chihuahua...

_{[He wobbles in a circle, still not fully used to the whole four legs thing.]}

Envy, what are we going to do? Where are we going to go?

[He frowns uncertainly as he looks around at the tunnels connecting to the room. He's not really confident about this situation at all, but he can act like he is. So he turns back to Henry and smirks, now looking sure of himself.]

Hell if I know. But we can start by finding our way outside.

Lead the way. I'll try to keep up...at least living in the woods won't be so hard. I've done it before.

[Taking advantage of her new Medicham form, Yumi's been training outside for the past hour so she's rather beat. She was about to make her way to her bed when she saw this guy in the corner. Usually she'd mind her own business but this guy look seriously down man :C]

[She doesn't stand too close to the guy, not wanting to freak him out.]

_{[The Leafeon dares to peer out from under his tail. He's got worry rings under his eyes.]}

Everybody is pokemon. I shouldn't have eaten those berries.

If that's the case, then I must've eaten the same berries too.

[She puts her hands on her big Medicham hips.]

Except I didn't. There must be another explanation for this.

I just...want to wake up. Or come down from this high. Or something. I can't be a pokemon and be a photographer at the same time. I can't hold a camera.

_{[He's never seen a Medicham before. He's never seen a LOT of the pokemon walking by him and going out on missions. This makes him wonder if he really is dreaming and just making pokemon up.]}

I need a smoke...but I think I'm weak to fire. Does that mean cigarettes too?

You could always try taking pictures - [She motioned to her "lips"] - mouth? If that even works I mean.

I don't know, what do you think makes smoke? [ She's giving you this ' :| ' look, Henry.] Could also try an alternative though.
