Mully the Joltik

Spider? SPIDER? SPIDER AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-- nah, just kiddin. Mully, currently the youngest (and tiniest) member of Heather's party, is a happy-go-lucky little fellow who's full of curiosity and the urge to explore. Which is unfortunate, because to something his size, someone's sleeve can seem like an epic cave (possibly ending in treasure!!) and well. Yeah. That doesn't generally end well.

Background: Heather received Mully's egg during a very rough patch in her life in Johto, and reacted so badly to the ill-timed gift that she almost crushed the tiny egg on live camera and had to spend a good day or so wrestling with her own humanity and the choice of whether or not to do it. Heavy shit.
Fortunately, she decided to let the egg hatch instead, and the arrival of the bouncing baby spider was a big part of what pulled her out of that dark place. Completely unaware that his existence might have ended before he'd even gotten a chance to hatch, Mully was named 'Ygramul' after the shapeshifting spider monster in The Neverending Story.

Current Relationship: Mully is pretty much Heather's baby.
For something she almost contemplated smashing, she sure loves the little guy. He frequently rides around inside her vest, like the world's most epic anti-grope device (seriously, she almost wants someone to try it-- "Hey, baby--*bzzt* AAAAAAGHGH"). That said, his small size makes her worry about him quite a bit, and everyone in her travel party has probably been subject to the occasional "Ohmygod, WHERE'S MULLY? HENRY DID YOU SIT ON HIM?!" only for him to wind up having been exploring the hotel room's potted plant or napping in a box of Kleenex or something.

Noticeable Traits: He is a tiny yellow zap-spider with big baby-blue eyes. Heather is pretty sure that everyone is jealous (unless they also have a Joltik, in which case she supposes they must also be as smug as she is).

Plots and Ideas: The plot potential for a tiny spider explorer is pretty much infinite. Want him to wind up in someone's hair? Or shoe? Or pillow? THERE ARE MANY POSSIBILITIES.
