For Gordon Cole: A scarf with matching gloves. (Harry originally bought a scarf and earmuffs, then realized what he'd done and went back for an exchange.)

For Carmen Sandiego: HOLY CRAP A MAREEP EGG and some fancy, assorted chocolates.

For the Justice Farm (aka Reid, Heather, and everyone else who drifts in and out of that place that he might not have met yet but who will be around for Christmas): CHOCOLATE. No, really. He is going to get one of those big holiday assortment boxes and just plop it in the most central area for everyone to nibble at their leisure. (Nut-free, just in case.)
