Well, Tokiomi is admittedly another one that's very into CULTURE AND TRADITION - seriously, there's a scene in one of the drama CDs where he and his wife are looking for their daughter and he takes the time to point out how ugly modern architecture is (before promptly getting all flustered because he realizes that was kind of inappropriate for the situation and his wife pretty much shooshpaps him because he and Aoi are the cutest mage couple in the world) - so perhaps there is something to be had there.
