He's a nice guy in Team Rocket and he tries to keep an act inside the organization. Plans: Right now he's planning on getting Haruka Nanami's starters' microchip out, to get him out of Team Rocket, which means he'll be chased by the police for a few weeks. Though he'll most likely do this while he has a mask.
