Honestly, no. Before the end of his run in canon, he would have said that he would have gone down personally and ensured there were no survivors of his initial strike in the Kanda district, which would have ensured that he found and killed Scar and his brother, negating that entire front in the fight between humanity and the Homunculi; at the same time, that would have basically made it such that he never got out of prison in the first place (as he was dragged out by Envy to go hunt down Scar and Dr Marcoh) and may have ensured a Homunculus victory, which is something he decided, in the end, that he didn't want. Again, he's a major believer in "everything for a reason," and as far as Ishval goes, everything seems to have sorted itself out.

And in terms of interacting with them directly, GLaDOS likes the morality core. Silent and poorly-adhered! :|
