She probably enjoys the adventure most of all. Back in Ponyville, unless there's some sort of catastrophe, she's pretty much tied to the farm. Not that she would ever see that as a bad thing, she is certainly appreciative of the sudden increase in free time. She's seeing the world like she's never been able to before.
