It's hard to say. In most cases, I think she's largely gotten over the disappearances of some of the people she cared about and, due to the fact that there's a chance they'd come back not remembering her, almost prefers to just keep the memories. I think examples of this are Phoenix, Solid Snake and Rise (although obviously if they came back and remembered her and stuff and things went back to just the way they were before, she'd be fine with it).
Otherwise, deep down I think she really wants Claudia to come back if only so that she could somehow get closure about everything that happened, but good luck getting her to ever admit it, even to herself.
AS FOR ENVY, UH.
She's seen so much both in canon and since coming to Johto that most of the things he tells her don't really surprise her that much, particularly since he seems to act so utterly normal most of the time. She feels a kinship, but nothing he's told her has really shocked her that much. She doesn't know he's a villain or anything like that.
