Hayate isn't giving anyone anything for Valentines (aside from Yayoi)

But any girl who gives him chocolate will get a faaaaaabulous return gift come White Day! ... that being a month from today for those who don't know the whole Japanese custom.

A lot of people are getting chocolates from Tenten; pretty much every boy she's spoken to, really. Riku, Sora, Sasuke, Repliku, Data-ku, Shiraishi, and even Obito. If they'll meet up at the con, great, she'll give them to them there, otherwise into the delivery system they go! (Note: Obito's are going to be not-quite-as-nice as the others'. :| sorry bro)

Imogen, Hikari, Momo, Misaki, and Rainbow Dash will all be getting friendship chocolates, too~

And finally Joonhee-niisan will be getting chocolates and one of her rare attempts at ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement). She tried, okay!

John has made a bunch of adorable little strawberry shortcake minicakes which he will be sending/giving to some of his CR though there will also be some extras available for anybody to enjoy at OF's garden party (once I make my way over there to tag it). Litwick cakes for the boys feature a bow tie, while ones for the girls have a hair bow in front of the strawberry flame. There's also a very simple Valentine's note from John with each one.

Everyone in the Homestuck cast will receive one (the bows are white chocolate, food colored to be their respective blood/eye colors) as well as the following people: Other Father, Luke Triton, Riku, Sora, Cecil Harvey, Valeria, Misaki, Saber, Raz, Jack Skellington, and Vanitas.

If you're a male character on Misaki's CR chart, then they can except some chocolate from this Asou girl. Male characters listed are Envy, Jake English, Wang Yao (China), Repliku (Evan), Leslie Sasuke Uchiha, Spencer Reid and John Egbert. Heather Mason is also on this list because she's THAT manly enough. Temeraire gets a special gift in form of a Swablu egg, as well as possibly dinner to make up for Bowser's attack earlier.

Misaki's also getting chocolate for Aradia Megido and Mio Amakura because they are her closest female friends. Sorry everyone else :C

Cheria will be making chocolate fudge for all her friends! If you've exchanged names or purchased eggs from her, she's likely sent snacks :)

Jane will be making specialty BETTY CROCKER fudge for all her friends! Jake and Dirk get more personally shaped chocolates (Jake's is in the shape of a gun with "bullets", and Dirk's is a sword). Bro is getting his RAINBOW CAKE with the note of "hopefully it doesn't taste weird 8(((( I really wanted to at least get you this but you and your "I needed to go to Kanto right away!". Dave is getting hand dipped caramel apples with some of his chocolates.

Clementine has been doing her best to practice drawing and making cutouts of Pokémon in preparation to whip up handmade Valentines for everyone she's confident she's friends with - Laguna's and Ushio's each feature a trio of cutouts meant to look like each of the three of them, Laguna's also showing a drawing of Boco sitting on a pile of colorful eggs and Ushio's showing Nakama with Biribiri and Mei in his arms and Aoi on his shoulder; Kanaya's has a picture of a solid gold Vulpix on dark red paper; on Ib's she's drawn Ib and her Pokémon standing in a circle surrounded by hearts around a clutch of eggs, one hatching; on Aradia's is a doodle of a Gardevoir and a Graveler smiling and waving standing on either side of a Chandelure; the picture on Misaki's shows her holding a Magikarp, scaring off a Banette with an oh-so-brave-looking glare.

Do let me know if I've missed anyone and I'll respond with what Clementine would have drawn them!

And thanks to a little help from generous mystery NPC benefactor, most likely a Nurse Joy, those getting Valentines are also getting a couple cellophane-wrapped heart-shaped strawberry-studded milk chocolates each.

A DAY LATE, BUT

All of Father's kids- including the ones who don't actually like him- recieved a box of chocolates with a tag that basically says 'I love you and I'm proud of you' in a couple of different ways. The girls also have cute little alice bands in their favourite colours, where-as the boys get little Pokémon-face broaches in a couple of types (he's made sure to get the boys one of their pokémon on a broach, so feel free to handwave which one, so long as he knows that character has said Pokémon!)

Friends recieve the chocolates too! But their card reads 'Thanks for being the best' in a couple of different ways as well.
