Blurb: Very genuinely cheerful and kind, Totsuka is a person with a habit to pick up and abandon hobbies in very quick succession. He's very insightful regarding people, an all-around good judge of character and gets along with pretty much everyone. (He befriended the people who beat him up and sent him into a hospital, okay.) He's also somewhat of a troll at times and enjoys pranking other people once in a while.

Plans: She's serving her time in Lavender Town, travelling with Joonhee, her pokemon are evolving, she'll be going to the party and then heading to Pewter for her first badge...!
