He has no problem with high places--you should see some of the areas his team goes to at points in canon--but it's hard to say how keen he'd be on flying someplace. He normally travels everywhere on foot, and while his canon has dragon knights and people who train and ride gigantic insects, I doubt it's ever occurred to Geddoe that he ought to try it. So it's more a lack of interest in trying out a new and (depending on the size of the pokemon) dubious sort of thing. Geddoe's old so he can be pretty set in his ways/stubborn about things. XD
And pfft, in a way that isn't too different from how Geddoe does things. Though he's probably more likely to take 2-3 smaller meals in the breakfast/lunch/dinner style than one large one, but he's used to the whole mercenary/traveling in the grasslands thing where food isn't fancy or even reliable. That and he's more likely to start looking for a place to stop earlier in the evening rather than just pressing on until dark and hoping for the best, but yeah, sounds like Apollo's style really isn't that far off from what Geddoe's used to anyway.
...though while he wouldn't personally care all that much, he'd probably eventually point out to Apollo that he should make sure to have some clothes on when around towns. But I doubt he'd have a problem with Apollo skinny-dipping and showing up back at camp without anything on, since that's probably the sort of thing that'd be likely to happen with a mercenary group (not to mention some of the Grasslanders....) anyway. XD
