Not only will it allow her to have a little mini-breakdown (later, in private), it'll help with my building up to what will eventually be Ilya's fundamental underlying goal (inasmuch as something she has no real hope of accomplishing can be considered a "goal") in Route: To find and take control of what brought her here and use it to get her family back. Knowing that Iris and Shirou were here and she missed them will just galvanize that want.
