Hi Route! There have been a lot of drops lately, and now that the train has left the station, it's high time we get to making up for lost CR and establishing some new stuff. Which is to say--

Blurb: Minato is a very quiet guy with a selfless streak ten thousand miles wide. He can keep to himself a lot if not dragged out of his shell, and tends not to let anyone in even if he trusts them, but conversely he is an excellent listener and will go above and beyond to help other people with their problems.

Also, loves music and can have a very dark sense of humour.

Plans: Minato's finishing up his training before heading out to tackle the Gym challenge! Aside from that, he's all open, and I'd love to get some smaller issues to tackle- even without his Persona or any weapons, Minato can definitely hold his own.
