Well out of everyone, she'd like to see her friends, Ruka and Madoka (as long as she isn't a ghost) and to a degree, Sakuya as well. She's not really close with her family someone might think but she would definitely want to see her friends the most.

Least likely? Pretty much anyone who has a problem with her and the horrible doctors at Rougetsu Island. It's been 10 years since she's seen them and she knows they're dead but hey, still holding a huge grudge towards them.
