[Ishimaru's been here for quite some time, and his social skills have actually improved...somewhat; however, they clearly have not improved enough to keep him from approaching people who managed to outlive him in the school, with absolutely no prelude at all. Thankfully, he's nowhere near that far along in the timeline himself; as such, he's unaware of the stunt Togami pulled during the second trial involving desecrating Fujisaki's body.

...honestly, he's relieved to see him, since last time he saw Togami, the guy had been in the process of generally being horribly unlikable and basically painting a target on his forehead like a champion. Things he's been told about the end aside, it's one thing to hear that someone's still alive and something else entirely to actually see them.]
