Generally speaking, being honest with yourself about your feelings helps a lot with the whole coming to terms with them part, y'know.

It'd need to be strong enough to survive in Tokyo...or else be a pet back at the barracks. I'd like to have something powerful around that's not as particular as demons can get, perhaps a dog like Orth- er, Houndoom. Or a cat, even. Pokemon are a lot easier to deal with than real animals, so I'd not mind bringing something like that.
