Each and everyone of his CR, those who have talked to him and they know each other by name, will get an egg voucher which guarantees them one free egg from any of Shiraishi's egg patches. Can be used anytime at all. There will also be some hand-made cookies for trainers and Pokémon both with a card saying thank you for this year.

Ren
To all the female CR he has (every girl he knows by name, oh boy. not including TR CR ): girly accessories with something that reminds him of the person. If you want a specific detail/a picture, just ask. Otherwise I'm just going to let you decide. There's also a free ticket to an upcoming concert (date not decided).
To all male CR he has (every guy he knows by name. not including TR CR): everyone gets a tie with a color that reminds him of the person. If you want to know the color, just ask. There's also a free ticket to an upcoming concert (date not decided).
As a bonus: Utau, Haruka, Hijirikawa, Natsuki, Amu, Tenten, Crow, Lightning and Aradia are getting a song, written by him. It can be played with the Pokégear and it's sort of a like a "thank you" song.
As a triple bonus: Utau is getting an eternity a week full of romantic things and a locket with a place to put a picture in.
Also all his TR CR (minus Utau) will get an anonymous gift of coal :|
