Going by their rough start when they arrived, if you told Hagakure that he and Leon would end up being good friends, he would've laughed at you and said, "I don't even need to be a fortune teller to see that he probably wants to kill me for what happened! There's no way he'd ever want to be my friend, dude!"
Obviously things turned out way differently. Hagakure's really glad he was able to actually talk to Leon, even if it didn't happen in the best way possible. He still feels bad about what happened that night on Route 29, and he knows Leon's still struggling with what happened back at Hope's Peak. It's completely understandable too, because everything about it was seriously fucked up.
But it makes him happy to see Leon being happy. It was from going through all that initial drama and hanging out together that he learned how cool Leon really is. Not being trapped in a murder school really does wonders for actually getting to know people. He really enjoys hanging out with Leon. Even though they live very different lives with their SHSL talents, they still manage to have things in common and can just chill out without having to struggle for conversation topics.
He also values Leon's opinion on stuff, if actually agreeing to get a haircut was any indication. He puts a lot of faith in Leon's judgment, especially when it can help him be better around women. Maybe if he takes some more tips from Leon, he could get even more friends too!
tl;dr: completely unexpected bro, and while they may never be completely okay because of what happened at Hope's Peak, Hagakure's not complaining at all.

I don't think much has changed from the last time around, but Hagakure is still definitely pretty fascinated by Crocker and the whole fairy thing. He thinks he'd like to talk to him at length about it sometime, because Crocker seems to have put as much thought and research into the subject as he has all things fortune-telling/cryptids. Fairies are definitely cryptids, but he's definitely not as well-versed in them as Crocker.
And he for sure appreciates Crocker's support when it comes to talking about his interests. While most people blow him off and say they don't understand, Crocker at least seems interested. They're definitely kindred spirits when it comes to being misunderstood about their passions.
He just hopes Crocker isn't getting into too much trouble with Team Rocket...he's not sure if he's a member or what, but he definitely appears to be doing research on them. He doesn't want him to get caught up with them in a bad way. And this is coming from someone who's had the Japanese mob on his tail for years. It sucks, dude. Don't get involved with that stuff.
Dist -> Crocker
Dist's opinion that Crocker is ridiculous and annoying has not changed, unsurprisingly enough. He continues to hold a grudge over the heist fiasco last July, and he's always going to hold that grudge. That's just how he is. After seeing some of Crocker's gadgets though, and as much as he hates to admit it...he can see that Crocker has some merit when it comes to creating functioning tools. He just wishes he'd use them for something more productive and beneficial than hunting fairies. Use them for tracking down Legendary Pokemon or something!
He's also hoping that Crocker doesn't end up destroying anything in the labs at one point because he's not sure allowing a man with a spazzing problem around explosives and other dangerous tools is a good idea...

Hagakure > Nanami

This is another one of those situations where Dist has no idea how it happened, but he's fine with it. And by that I mean forging a friendship with a teenage former-troll. Then again, in the case of Anise, it seems like Dist gets along with teenage girls for some reason. I'd say his friendship with Anise and his friendship with Aradia are still very different though.
Dist is very thankful and grateful to have Aradia in his life. It's so rare that people are willing to listen to him and not judge him for the things he says or the way he acts. It's so refreshing to him, and for the longest time he really didn't know how to deal with it either. Her standing up for him in front of Jade no less, her helping him get over Jade leaving by taking him to Violet for that little gym run, and her being understanding when she found out Dist was a member of Team Rocket...those things absolutely floored him, and it was then that he realized Aradia hadn't just been humoring all those times before. There really is some sort of friendship here.
So naturally since he's so unused to the concept of friendship, he'll probably continue to be awkward around her for a while to come (but hey, he's already getting better about it), but he hopes to one day help her out in the way that she's helped him.
Hagakure -> Nanami
Hagakure thinks Nanami is really cool! He can totally get behind the gamer thing, even if he's not as well-versed in them as her. But hey, he doesn't mind gaming with her and...probably losing every game ever. It's still fun. He also appreciates how welcoming she's been to the whole, "hey I'm in this class and you're in this class but let's be friends anyway and stick together." idea. She seems to be the only one who hasn't reacted to it with skepticism so far, and he's glad. He really does want to get along with his fellow schoolmates!
He wouldn't be lying though if he said he didn't have any apprehensions about her. There is still a lot he thinks she's holding back, something she hasn't told him yet. He's not sure how he feels about the fact that she apparently told Naegi and Kirigiri a whole lot more than she told him. Basically, he didn't like having to be told really important things through a third party and not directly by her. Maybe he'll have to ask her about it sometime, or maybe he can just wait to see if she'll tell him more on her own when they've gotten to know each other better.

TELL ME YOUR THOUGHTS ON
PARKERALICE-CHIno subject
Hagakure's really grown to like Alice. He was pretty intimidated by her when he first met her at Ishimaru's birthday party because he had a hard time wrapping his head around the fact that Ishimaru found himself a good-looking sister and at first he thought he got off to a really bad start with her by making a stupid comment. It was one of those, "oh god don't hurt me I'm sorry." moments.
But then she talked conspiracy theories to him and things could only go up from there. He feels like things are always so casual with Alice and he likes that. They can pretty much talk about anything, like...she's super knowledgeable, he had no idea accountants dealt with all this stuff, especially the conspiracy theory stuff! And you have no idea how much it means to him when she gets his theories and doesn't dismiss him as an idiot or something. He enjoys how enthusiastic she gets about things too, like the whole Christmas decorating thing, and the plans she comes up with are amazingly cool. He still can't get over the fact that she constantly navigates the laundry shoot to get to the basement!
He definitely feels like they got closer during the incident with Ishimaru in January. He got to see how caring she is about the people she holds dear, and it was because of that that he knew she really is a good sister to Ishimaru. She's the caring older sister who'll be there when things get bad. And heck, he basically sees her as a guardian of the whole house now, after what she said after he told her about what happened at Hope's Peak. Basically, he feels safe with her now. He really believes that she'll protect them if the Mastermind ever does show up in Johto.
Basically, really cool and fun and also pretty badass when she's serious. He hopes he gets to learn more interesting stuff about her in the future, because it seems like there's still so much more to her that he doesn't know about yet.

Hagakure's not quite sure how he feels about Souda so far. On one hand, he seems to believe in aliens which is cool 'cause they do exist, but on the other hand, he had the nerve to try dismiss the aliens' actions. Dude, aliens don't gotta explain shit, 'kay? Plus there's the whole dancing around the knowing Naegi subject...man, it's complicated right now.
But Souda seems cool enough, so he wouldn't mind talking to him some more! Besides, they're both from Hope's Peak so there's some common ground right off the bat.

And Dist does see Kayneth as a friend, but he doesn't have as much of the nervous oh-god-am-I-doin'-this-right attitude around Kayneth and that's probably because he doesn't have to worry as much about being unapologetically smug about most subjects, like complaining about the amount of idiots they have to put up with. They also have magic in common, which is always fun to discuss since the magic in their worlds seem to run quite differently. It's these things in common that makes it easy for Dist to get along with Kayneth, or at least he likes to think he's getting along with him. He's never thought about asking Kayneth about what he feels on the subject since it's weird to just say, "hay do you consider me a friend?"
No matter what Kayneth thinks, Dist does like him enough to place a good deal of trust in him too. The whole heist fiasco was obviously a messy affair and Dist did feel bad (sort of...he was just mostly pissed that it didn't work out and that just added on to it) about inconveniencing Kayneth as a side effect of that botched mission, but he's very grateful that Kayneth didn't end up hating him for it and for being a Rocket member. He's also really thankful that Kayneth hasn't ratted him out or ratted the base's location now that he's let Kayneth into it at least once. Kayneth's a true bro, man.
His goal still remains to get Kayneth more into tech though he realizes that'll be a long and brutal battle. Also c'mon join Team Rocket and let's do science, it'll be fuuuun...

But despite Cobra's wackiness and not so subtle approach to basically everything, Dist actually does see how he really could be the commander of an organization back home. He sees the leadership qualities in him, because he does display knowledge about topics in that field, and he recognizes what's useful and what isn't when it comes to departments in the organization, weapons, etc.
In other words, he has no problem doing side-projects for Cobra or listening to what he has to say about Team Rocket itself and its operations. Sure he might ignore a lot of the Commander's rants about one day ruling the Pokeworld, but it's not like he's going to stand in the way of that quest. As long as he has a relatively cushioned seat in Cobra World, then he's pretty content to let him do whatever he wants, man.

For one, some things are never going to change. To Hagakure, Ishimaru's always going to be annoyingly loud in the morning and a pain in the ass when it comes to keeping Hagakure on track and yelling at him to not do certain things and do certain things he doesn't want to do and what have you. But he's definitely come to accept it and doesn't hold any bad feelings toward Ishimaru for just being himself. In fact, all the yelling has helped him stop getting lost in the Bermuda Triangle every morning. He's actually pretty good about getting up on time most days now!
But there's definitely more to their relationship after what happened to Ishimaru back in January. Those events made Hagakure really have to remember their time in Hope's Peak, and that was something he had been willfully ignoring ever since he settled into the Pokemon World. He was convinced that since they were here, they didn't have to worry about bad memories being dredged back up except for when new arrivals came. But even then it wasn't so bad because if it was a dead student, they'd be way better off here anyway. Except things went wrong when Ishimaru went into a coma and came back in the same catatonic state he had been in before he completely lost himself and became Ishida. It was a grim reminder to Hagakure that they had handled Ishimaru's state terribly the first time, and it reminded him of trying to take the leadership position in Ishimaru's stead...which didn't help things at all because Ishimaru ended up worse in the end. It wasn't directly his fault, but he still should've done something. And that made him reconsider things here in the Pokemon World. He wanted to take responsibility and help Ishimaru recover this time. Even if he might not ever be okay, he at least wouldn't completely lose himself.
He looks up to Ishimaru more than he lets on actually, and that's why he wanted to help so bad. It's why he said he was honored that Ishimaru was willing to let him read his fortune for his birthday despite him not being a big believer in the practice, and it's why he was pretty moved when Ishimaru said he's a good person. He recognizes that Ishimaru isn't the most socially adept person ever, and well...Hagakure never had any friends before Hope's Peak for a reason either. He kinda gets it, y'know? But he likes that Ishimaru is so willing to try to lead everyone and keep everyone together, because he feels the same way. Hope's Peak peeps gotta stick together! Though he kinda wishes he'd extend that to the people from the other class too...
Wow that got really tl;dr I'm sorry, but basically Ishimaru-chi let's go out for a drink and chill sometime! You're 20 now you don't have an excuse.
Dist -> Alfred
Dist isn't sure whether he finds Alfred interesting or really obnoxious. He really doesn't like the hostile attitude when it's being used against him, and no, he really doesn't trust him quite yet. Sure, you didn't blow up the base or get it infested with bees this time, but who knows what could happen at a later date!
That said...he's still intrigued about what Alfred wants to experiment on. From all the talk he does about hoping someone does something useful around the base, Dist would like to see what sort of useful things Alfred can bring to the table. Now maybe if Alfred would stop being so defensive about his work, they could get somewhere with this. Come on man, the main thing about the Science Department is that we love to revel in each others' insane projects! Live it up a little!
Dist -> GLaDOS
I don't think too much has changed in regards to Dist's opinion on GLaDOS as of late. He's still very much interested in her work but really wishes she would turn down the sarcasm sometimes because it reminds him too much of his totally not-friend Jade who isn't here right now because the Pokemon world hates him. Also he really likes that turret she gave him for Christmas. He didn't know she built robots too, so he feels a bit of a connection there as a fellow robot builder. It's inspired him to start building robots of his own despite the low demand for them with the existence of Pokemon.
But I will say that things are going to get really awkward if she and Kato keep bickering with each other. Dist didn't want to take sides before but that's probably going to change now that he and Kato are a lot closer. This shit's gotta stop yo, we're all insane scientists here, we need to get along and make horrible projects together! But you really need to step off his partner okay? Okay.
