spoiler warning
She's not someone he really trusts, though that's more a reflection on Kuzuryuu himself than anything Tsumiki's done. She could have been a victim instead of a culprit and she still wouldn't make his very short trust list. He doesn't trust easily, so don't expect him to start opening up about anything deep and meaningful with her any time soon (if ever). But he MIGHT sort of consider her to be a friend at this point? Maybe just a little bit, we just don't know. He's kind of wary of getting too close to her though, given what little he's been able to piece together about her personality.
Please don't obsess over him the way you did Junko, holy shit. He's kind of scared to say "I forgive you" around you, Tsumiki. That being said though, she IS his classmate and he does care about her for that reason. Plus, she did take care of him that one time when he was in the hospital. He'd like to see her gain some confidence and be able to stand on her own two feet for once though. Though it irritated him at first, he actually doesn't mind traveling with her that much anymore, even if a lot of it is probably spent in awkward silence/small talk. Though sometimes it's still kind of a headache. At least if he's with her, she has less of a chance of getting into trouble. And maybe she'll pick up on his example and stop crying/relying on others so much when she has a problem. Or something.
