Hi nerd.

Jade is obviously one of John's best friends and at this point he's pretty comfortable with calling her his sister. He wasn't so sure about it at first but between 2 years in Johto an the recollection of 3 years on the meteor, it's like "eh, w/e" at this point. Good Jade, best sister-friend. Probably goes without saying that he's very glad to have her here and hopes that she never ever leaves ever again.

As much as he teases her sometimes though, she's honestly one of the most talented, smartest, and bravest people he knows. He's pretty sure there's nothing she can't do if she puts her mind to it. He both has and will continue to tell other people this in a heartbeat if given the chance. For that reason he's actually downright proud to be able to call her his sister. Like yes, I am related to this amazing person even if she's kind of a nerd and also a furry. Because you're both, Jade, sorry not sorry. That's not a bad thing though I mean look at their friend group. They're all a bunch of weirdos.

He loves you a lot, Jade. And with that love comes much teasing and probably lots of pranks but that's just how he expresses that don't judge him. Just love him.
