Carmen: I seriously feel like I just answered this one recently but since I can't seem to find it — Carmen tends to be the poster child for "tonight we're going hard", and then when we have stopped going hard, she just wipes out. At least twice now in Route, she's pulled an outrageously brutal travel blitzkrieg, and immediately afterwards she's found the nearest soft horizontal surface and just faceplanted into it, never to move for the next ~18 hours. And that's generally pretty standard for her, albeit in a slightly less intense capacity: she'll be incredibly active in a given burst, and then she'll take a couple days and just kind of lounge around in bed all day, read some good books, watch shitty TV, play Trivial Pursuit with Zack, order in food and eat whenever she wants, and generally just take things easy until she's bored enough that she's ready to get up and go again.
I've always found that kind of interesting because obviously, the show gives the impression that she's out there stealing stuff like two or three times a week, but in reality she actually has a lot of downtime? If you figure that each season of the show is about ten episodes and each season spans a year, that's less than one crime a month. Plus she's got an entire criminal empire to run, a legitimate corporate empire to run, books to read, art to appreciate, operas to attend. Her life isn't all stealing all the time; she's pretty Renaissance in her activities, and her life in Route tends to reflect that.
Parker: She plugs herself into the wall.

The actual answer, though, is...almost as weird, and it's that she goes and sleeps in an airvent or an elevator shaft. Parker's really kind of weird and utilitarian that way; as mentioned earlier, she doesn't really get leisure activities or how to have fun, because the only thing she really knows how to do is work, which is stealing. So if she's not working, she's sleeping — generally speaking.
She does, however, like to watch movies and eat cereal and ice cream and fortune cookies, so there's that.
Kirigiri: I think she probably listens to music? Kirigiri, I think, is an introvert in the sense that she tends to get a little exhausted when she's in a social situation for too long (she finds it draining), so her idea of recharging is going off by herself someplace where it's quiet and safe, plugging into a pair of headphones, and just kind of zoning out for awhile until she feels a little more up to stuff again.
Also, coffee. Coffee. Sometimes when she's feeling down she will sneak chocolate and maybe caramel and possibly some whipped cream into her coffee (thus preventing Kuzuryuu from ever drinking it BWAHAHAHA), but she'll only do that when she's got it in a cup with a lid so nobody knows what she's actually drinking.
