Kayneth is actually super schmoopy, so if he gets a chance to dote on whoever he's with while trying to be incredibly smooth about it he'll be at least a little happy. He likes expensive, romantic dinners and going to big expensive events and generally dropping a lot of money. The one non-expensive thing he likes is museums and art galleries.
So... it would probably be something along the lines of that because I am bad at thinking of Ideals. Basically, as long as nothing goes wrong and he gets to come off as majestic as fuck he's happy.
AS FOR THE SECOND THING: as of the present, he would like to ensure that A) he doesn't die horribly, b) Sola doesn't die horribly, and c) ...be able to go between Johto and home at will because pretty much all of his frustrations with the place would be mitigated by being able to leave and come back
...and he would probably kill Waver, Walter, and Parker because they are at the very top of his shit list
