What you're looking for: Mostly I'm just looking for more CR for Kuzuryuu in general because he's less outgoing than John and he really needs to start expanding outside the comfort zone of his classmates. YOU CAN'T STAY ANTISOCIAL FOREVER, KUZURYUU. As far as specifics go though, I really don't have anything for him.

Blurb: 16-almost-17-year old nerd with a penchant for ghosts, bad movies, and pranks. He's also a pretty badass cook/baker and he plays the piano. Overall, he's a pretty nice guy but he can be kind of a snarky little shit when he wants to be. He gets along well with just about everyone, it takes a special kind of person to manage negative CR with him...typically unrepentant assholes/villains.
Plans: Aradia's birthday is in three days and then his own birthday is shortly after prom but that's really all I've got for general plans for him. Also April Fool's day. Apologies in advance to everyone who got suckered into staying at the Egbert-Lalonde house after Aradia's birthday, you're going to have quite A Thing to contend with in a few weeks. FOR PROM THOUGH: John's going as Rose's +1 because he's once again, not lucky enough to get his own ticket but luck is kind of his fiancée's thing. He's my social butterfly and he loves getting the chance to see his friends in person and dress up in a swanky ass suit. So he will probably end up talking to lots of people and dancing with whoever will agree to dance with him. He likes dancing, it's fun AND HE'S BEEN PRACTICING ALL YEAR!! He is so ready to set the dance floor on fire. That being said, he'll probably be inside most of the time and have a bunch of cute Pokémon (Pokénanigans anyone?) with him and it'll be great. Aggressive chicken dancing might also be a thing.

Blurb: Kuzuryuu is the Super High School Level Gangster and perhaps predictably, he has a bad attitude to go with it that is only exacerbated by his stupidly adorable baby face and tiny stature. He can be...difficult to get along with but he really is a pretty decent guy deep down. ...way deep down. Too tsundere for life. CR with him is kind of a wild ride of unpredictability, it could go very well or it could go extremely poorly it's hard for even me to tell which way it's going to go. He's full of surprises. (I'm still stunned that Joker managed to get a non-hostile first conversation out of him)
Plans: I have nothing planned for Kuzuryuu except for Prom stuff. Which...he's basically being dragged to because Nanami wants their whole class to go and have fun and do you have any idea how hard it is to say no to Nanami? It's very hard, even for a badass gangster like him. Anyway, unlike John, Kuzuryuu DOES NOT want to go to this thing for a number of reasons (mostly because this is stupid and the one person he would ACTUALLY want to go with isn't here) and he's nowhere even close to a social butterfly. So he's probably going to end up brooding wallflowering as hard as he possibly can and hang out in the parking lot and library most of the time. He has a Pokémon taller than he is that's covered in blades at his side at all times. Surely this will be a people-deterrent, nothing can go wrong. After prom I think he might actually end up splitting from the Super Dangans for a bit to go do his own thing. He likes you guys and all but two parties in such close proximity has kind of fried his social battery. I apologize for this jackass.

But either way, he'll be down for battles, yes! He likes battling. Much preferable to dancing, yes.

I WILL BE SO PLEASED IF THEY MANAGE IT. UNLIKELY WEIRD FRIENDS ARE THE BEST, especially with Kuzuryuu. Like for real, his stupidly weird/unlikely friendship with Owari is one of my favorite things about him. HE NEEDS MORE UNLIKELY FRIENDS WHO ARE AT LEAST SLIGHTLY WEIRD.

Also Kirigiri will you dance with John at prom? You and Naegi can switch partners with him and Rose it'll be great. Then everyone can switch back and go find closets to make out in or something.

IT'S OKAY WE CAN FIX IT

Well, the good things Kuzuryuu's got going for him is that 1) Parker's had too many run-ins with organized crime families in their various regional incarnations to not take someone seriously when the word "mafia" drops, and 2) she's hung out with the other Dangans enough to accept that someone being an "SHSL" something is basically a sign that they're the absolute best there is at it. So I figure that once Kuzuryuu introduces himself, he'll get the benefit of Parker immediately taking him seriously (regardless of the babyface thing) just because of that context. And I mean, she hit it off with Mondo really well, so chilling with the gang leaders is old hat for her, really.

But yeah, I feel like once we manage to get them onto a topic that Parker feels semi-comfortable with and Kuzuryuu isn't too much of a dick about, they'll actually weirdly click. That's my guess, anyway.

YES OF COURSE SHE WILL also you can rest assured she will be investigating Tohjo and figuring out all the best makeout spots. She will draw John and Rose a map to the best ones upon request, even.

Besides, Kuzuryuu has even more experience with kooky gaijin blondes than the DR1 cast does and they've managed just fine with her so surely this will not be a problem.
