Blurb: NOT BRIEF Solid Snake is the legendary soldier who makes the impossible possible. He's a genius with weaponry and is pretty amazing at hand-to-hand combat. He's also a clone of Big Boss, the Hero of the Cold War. Snake's genes had been tampered with, making it so that he can't father children and that his life span was practically halved. He's only about 42 years old, but he looks like a man in his mid-seventies. Despite his physical age, he's still extremely capable, and he perseveres constantly, having willpower unlike anyone else, carrying the scars of his past with him. In the Pokémon World, Snake has been here twice-- the first time was in Summer 2010-Summer 2011, iirc. And then the second time was November 2013. He already knows so much about this world, and he went through a lot of hardships, but has decided that this world is, in essence, much more lax in terms of danger and hardship. He still has a strong sense of duty, but this time around he's a bit more relaxed about being in the Pokémon world, describing it as a vacation. Guilt keeps him up at night, though, as he knows he has to complete his mission at home... and he might be a bit afraid to do so, because he knows he has to take his own life... His life is complicated so if you want more insight, check here!
Plans: Snake was originally going to stick around Mahogany Town to watch out for Heather Mason, a close friend of his, but he's growing restless and feeling pretty useless, so my big plan is for him to go back to New Bark Town post-Prom and start back on track for collecting the gym badges, as well as helping out with the PGC. He'll probably most likely have Otacon with him when he does that, too. Mostly wanna build CR with members of the PGC. :)

RL's been a little stressful lately so I haven't been much for the really gritty, hard-hitting character conflict flavor of RP recently. I'm also always in favor of doing completely average things played hilarious — butt-dialing people, getting obsessed with Tetris, random bouts of impromptu Whose Line Is It Anyway? games, running jokes, dumb interpersonal grudgematch competitions about really pointless things, stupid Pokemon shenanigans, people randomly getting chased by bees, drive-by fruitings...just dumb quirky stuff without too much hefty plot attached, but which makes for a good basis upon which to build deeper interactions later!

Blurb: Carmen Sandiego is the world's greatest thief; she's an icon of 90's edutainment and exists to make you learn shit without even realizing you're learning shit. She's Wikipedia before Wikipedia ever existed, and she puts that knowledge into your head through gratuitous amounts of really hyperbolic thievery. Character-wise, she's classy and brilliant and an incorrigible flirt, and she loves to show off her own skills and see others put theirs on display. Lately she's been spending time in Pallet Town aiding and abetting the escape and subsequent law-evasion of the guy who blew up Olivine City last month, but she also made him work as a florist during Valentine's Day as a way of paying his debt to society so all things considered it probably evens out.

Blurb: Parker is her canon's world's greatest thief and she is very, very good at what she does. The problem is, she's really kind of only good at what she does, and socializing does not generally fall under that umbrella. She's quirky and blunt and doesn't have a whole lot of tact, misses subtle social cues, likes direct solutions to problems, and is desperately in love with money. She's also currently attached to the Dangans and is thinking about attempting to go to high school, when she's not accidentally misunderstanding Japanese, sending people boyfriend chocolate, and hitting them with butterfly nets and/or digging holes around their house.

Plans: SHE'S GOING TO PROM (with a date) and I believe she is also going to help Ishimaru with a Leverage-esque crime at some point in the near future so that should be interesting, too. Otherwise, she's open!

Location: Goldenrod City, at the Dangan House.

Blurb: Kirigiri is a Japanese teenager whose Super High School Level talent (that is, the unique quality she's particularly renowned for) is one of the canon's big mysteries and therefore I will not spoil it here! However, she's also a pretty excellent detective and joins Naegi in SOLVING ALL THE CRIMES that take place in murderschool, so there's that! She tends to be fairly reserved and generally likes to hang out on the sidelines and watch before really coming out of her shell at all, to the extent that sometimes people forget she's even there. She also has kind of a hilarious tendency of ending conversations by just WALKING THE FUCK AWAY so if ever you are threading with her and she does that, IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S KIRIGIRI. She is, however, getting better at being a people person, because character development is awesome.

...also, she's already been hearing some bad shit about Team Rocket, so hopefully somebody can convince her they're actually good guys : |a I do want to eventually have her decide that it would be cool and heroic and not at all a terrible idea to try and take TR down from the inside, but it'd be fun to have her be all conflicted about who to believe.

There are lots of things to be known about Chihiro that are spoilery as all get out, and I'm still not entirely sure what I should just be free in saying and what I should keep to myself (since the localization is out now and all) so just note that if you read any further thar shall be spoilers. In a nutshell though Chihiro is friendly enough and wants to try his best to branch out and meet new people, but for many reasons hasn't been able to do that yet.

Plans: Chihiro literally got here just a few weeks ago, and I'm actually not entirely sure what to do with him yet! He definitely wants to talk to some of his Dangan House classmates as soon as he can, but of course that can come at just about any time. He's still getting settled for the most part and slowly recovering from the shock of...well, being here. He'll most likely stay at the house for the time being, but he is going to go to prom! (Probably gonna stick to Hina and/or Nanami like glue the whole time)

Okay but she's nice and perky so nobody would know that at first glance. Has a tendency to hide his gentle, kind interior behind a layer of deadpan only-sane-man-ness and sarcasm.
Plans: He will probably be showing his face at Prom, and will probably be spending as much time as they'll let him in the library and trophy room (and when they kick him out he'll just hang out a little awkwardly around the food). Aside from that... nothing immediate, aside from continuing to attempt to resolve the rivalry between his Clefairy and his Yamask...

Blurb: 16-almost-17-year old nerd with a penchant for ghosts, bad movies, and pranks. He's also a pretty badass cook/baker and he plays the piano. Overall, he's a pretty nice guy but he can be kind of a snarky little shit when he wants to be. He gets along well with just about everyone, it takes a special kind of person to manage negative CR with him...typically unrepentant assholes/villains.
Plans: Aradia's birthday is in three days and then his own birthday is shortly after prom but that's really all I've got for general plans for him. Also April Fool's day. Apologies in advance to everyone who got suckered into staying at the Egbert-Lalonde house after Aradia's birthday, you're going to have quite A Thing to contend with in a few weeks. FOR PROM THOUGH: John's going as Rose's +1 because he's once again, not lucky enough to get his own ticket but luck is kind of his fiancée's thing. He's my social butterfly and he loves getting the chance to see his friends in person and dress up in a swanky ass suit. So he will probably end up talking to lots of people and dancing with whoever will agree to dance with him. He likes dancing, it's fun AND HE'S BEEN PRACTICING ALL YEAR!! He is so ready to set the dance floor on fire. That being said, he'll probably be inside most of the time and have a bunch of cute Pokémon (Pokénanigans anyone?) with him and it'll be great. Aggressive chicken dancing might also be a thing.

Blurb: Kuzuryuu is the Super High School Level Gangster and perhaps predictably, he has a bad attitude to go with it that is only exacerbated by his stupidly adorable baby face and tiny stature. He can be...difficult to get along with but he really is a pretty decent guy deep down. ...way deep down. Too tsundere for life. CR with him is kind of a wild ride of unpredictability, it could go very well or it could go extremely poorly it's hard for even me to tell which way it's going to go. He's full of surprises. (I'm still stunned that Joker managed to get a non-hostile first conversation out of him)
Plans: I have nothing planned for Kuzuryuu except for Prom stuff. Which...he's basically being dragged to because Nanami wants their whole class to go and have fun and do you have any idea how hard it is to say no to Nanami? It's very hard, even for a badass gangster like him. Anyway, unlike John, Kuzuryuu DOES NOT want to go to this thing for a number of reasons (mostly because this is stupid and the one person he would ACTUALLY want to go with isn't here) and he's nowhere even close to a social butterfly. So he's probably going to end up brooding wallflowering as hard as he possibly can and hang out in the parking lot and library most of the time. He has a Pokémon taller than he is that's covered in blades at his side at all times. Surely this will be a people-deterrent, nothing can go wrong. After prom I think he might actually end up splitting from the Super Dangans for a bit to go do his own thing. He likes you guys and all but two parties in such close proximity has kind of fried his social battery. I apologize for this jackass.

I like how things are going in the thread we have going on right now, and I think this could go in interesting directions. Cynthia has kind of a romanticized view of war and the battlefield from never really having to fight human foes, so bouncing her off a dude like Solid Snake could be a lot of fun.

Snake has a very bleak look on "heroes", and finds the romanticization of war to be grotesque. As is known, he's an amazing fighter, and war and guns is pretty much what he knows most about, sadly.

BUT YEAH I'd be totally okay with having Snake chat with her more. And teach her VALUABLE TECHNIQUES such as box, hand-to-hand, etc. And also be a sober wakeup to her dreamy ideals. :D

I WILL BE SO PLEASED IF THEY MANAGE IT. UNLIKELY WEIRD FRIENDS ARE THE BEST, especially with Kuzuryuu. Like for real, his stupidly weird/unlikely friendship with Owari is one of my favorite things about him. HE NEEDS MORE UNLIKELY FRIENDS WHO ARE AT LEAST SLIGHTLY WEIRD.

Also Kirigiri will you dance with John at prom? You and Naegi can switch partners with him and Rose it'll be great. Then everyone can switch back and go find closets to make out in or something.
