[Atsuro's in Goldenrod to check on some sales the department store is having. Sure, he can swing by Celadon's, but Goldenrod have things Celadon doesn't have in stock. Because of that, he planned on heading into Goldenrod from time to time, if he's not busy travelling in Kanto or working on a project.

It's supposed to be a normal shopping trip.

However, that's before he stopped and stared at the young figure sitting on a bench. His Mightyena paused and looked up at him and then over at the other boy, before she recognised him as well.]

Kazuya...? Kazuya!

[Atsuro ran over, just to confirm for himself. That what he's seeing wasn't another joke. That his friend would still be there once he's close enough.

(That time he travelled in a rush towards Mahogany, only to see his friend gone again. As if his trip became utterly pointless.)

But this world seemed to be normal right now, so maybe he's here for real--]

[He's here again. He's here again. His best friend is here again, and Atsuro's full of mixed feelings. Happy at seeing his friend again, after a few years, wariness that his friend might disappear again one day, curious about which timeline he's from.
