Ryner likes Hughes so far! He seems like a very nice person who cares a lot about his family, and, well, there's nothing wrong with that! Ryner, having grown up as an orphan and among orphans, has never really known a family of his own that he remembers anyway but shhh spoilers, and he doesn't really know a lot of people with particularly happy family situations (the only one I can think of that he would know about that's at all happy is that prison guard I mentioned who is so much like Hughes), so seeing Hughes' love for his wife and daughter is kind of fascinating to him, and at the same time makes him very happy to see it.

But yeah. He seems like a good person! And he wouldn't mind talking to him more. And he really doesn't mind being bombarded with photos at all. :)
