Chihiro actually didn't really get to know him much back at Hope's Peak and was probably slightly intimidated by him if only for the fact that he cuts a rather...impressive figure (good Lord man your hair is like half of your entire body) but after getting to know him more here in Johto he really likes him a lot! He's very nice and knows a lot about psychic pokemon so he might have to come to you the next time he breeds cause he's inherited another psychic but he's not really sure how Musharnas work
Nagi: ...Hagakure is actually really interesting to Nagi surprisingly enough. For one he claims to be some sort of medium and he wasn't at all expecting that, but of course he's certain he's not really psychic or else he wouldn't be sitting over here unable to use his computer with his brain. He seems to really like psychic Pokemon as much as he does, and he's actually the first person he's met to share that sentiment...he'll be honest though, Hagakure's a little weird but he can't have everything he guesses.
AND DIST...well Dist is already a good thing because he's promised him a computer and really that's all Nagi ever wants in life tbh. But in all seriousness he's his superior at Team Rocket, and he'd be lying if he said that being IN Team Rocket wasn't pretty cool, so he's kindof just taking all of this as it comes. He's not really worried about getting a good position in the labs so his goal right now is to try and make a good impression so he can keep himself in a good place with the higher ups and all
