What you're looking for: I'm open to everything, but I'm especially interested in negative CR (trust me, Henry has a lot of abhorrent traits). And on the other end of the spectrum, other characters who are just as extreme and bloodthirsty as he is.

Blurb: Henry is a seventeen-year-old who acts like a twelve year old. He's a nice enough guy on the surface, but his smile (which he never turn off) gets creepy after awhile. He likes nature walks and can speak with Pokémon. He also loves telling people about his fascination with death and enthusiasm for torture and murder -- mostly because he likes to watch them scream.
Plans: I honestly don't have anything planned for him. Henry's just returned to Johto, and he doesn't have much direction other than "uhh let me continue doing Grunt work I guess".
