Location Celadon/Saffron City-ish. somewhere thereabouts. He's doing the whole Kanto gym tour thing so he's on the move a lot.
Blurb: Nice, kindhearted guy with some serious issues. Acts confident but tends to blame himself for everything and generally be self-sacrificing to an extreme. Oh and he's also a king. :|b
Plans: RIGHT NOW Sion is determined to collect all the Kanto badges, in large part because it gives him an excuse to explore and get a feel for the region quickly. Other than that though I'm open to pretty much anything!

Plans: Not a whole lot! He's planning on challenging the Violet gym when it reopens because the badges and associated HMs sound like a highly useful thing to have. Will likely end up following Rider because seriously that guy reminds him of someone he knew...... Otherwise I'm always up for him getting hired to do various "mercenary" type jobs, or just plain having people pester the grouchy old man. |D
