Envy | Fullmetal Alchemist (2003)
Considering Envy is a villain, the majority of his crowning moments are crowning moments of doing terrible things, but here are the two clips I could find! Both are also major end of series spoilers.
Envy manages to force his way through a place he shouldn't be able to and also turns into a badass dragon.
(also counts as a Crowning Moment of Stupid/Envy what the hell were you even thinking)
From 0:40-2:14 especially: messing with heads and ridiculous backflips. ...and 2:14 onwards for Crowning Moment of Terrible Person.
Warning for gore near the end.
