I need to find a reason to have Cecil visit the Training Center. If only because he'd go 'hell yes' at the thought of facing Terror and Quake while his whole team would go 'hell no'.

Fighting monsters isn't nearly as fun when there's no chance of losing a limb, really. ...Or when he's not actually doing it himself, but details. Facing her would probably remind him of home in some sort of twisted way.
