What you're looking for: I love everything! I know it's a really generic answer, but it's also the truth. :| A lot of my characters just need CR in general, be it positive or negative. So come at me, guys.

...Also I'm sorry for the TL;DR ahead.

Name + Journal + Series: Frank Archer (determinator) • Fullmetal Alchemist (2003 anime)
Location: Vermillion City, though he'll be travelling back to Johto because what is leaving your native country
Blurb: Archer is a sadistic, war-mongering jerk who cares very little about anyone except himself. And maybe Kimblee because they come as a set. He likes to think he's as refined and classy as Kimblee, but let's be real, he's a little rageball just waiting to go into fits of shrieking histrionics. Basically he'd be in the middle of a "Cobra-to-Kimblee" scale of classiness and fits of rage. He's very interested in war, training his Pokémon, breeding crazy-ass egg moves onto Pokémon, and did I mention war? He fucking loves war.
Plans: Archer is doing a Team Rocket Thing at the end of this month/beginning of December, as well as another Team Rocket Thing later in December! No spoilers though~ But he's pretty easy to catch otherwise and we can always work something out! I'm especially looking for more negative CR for Archer, since he doesn't have enough enemies. ...But positive CR would be nice since right now he has... Kimblee...... orz

Location: Vermillion, though he'll be roaming Kanto after the tournament is over!
Blurb: Isaac is the biggest social failure ever. He has difficulty keeping up conversations with people and usually just wants to die halfway through discussing anything. When he's not social-failing, he's being an idealistic rebel and getting himself into far more trouble than he's worth. He's interested in taking down Team Rocket through any means necessary and if someone doesn't stop him he'll probably try to go undercover you have no idea how terrible an idea this is.
Plans: Isaac and Emmy are going to team up to get the badges in Kanto! And explore!! Other than that I don't have any plans though. I'd really like to get Isaac more CR of any sort, especially with the PGC members! He's a bit of a recluse and isn't very fond of reaching out to new people, but it's pretty easy to catch his interest!

Name + Journal + Series: Ryuunosuke Uryuu (greatestcool) • Fate/Zero
Location: Violet, soon to return to Goldenrod
Blurb: Ryuunosuke is basically a teenager in an adult's body. He's a slave to whatever he deems "cool", which in canon involves murdering women and children, but he's toned it down a bit in Route so he really only cares about harming people and pulling off Team Rocket raids. He doesn't come across as openly crazy most of the time though, in fact he seems rather nice and funny most of the time!
Plans: Ryuunosuke's going to be doing a Team Rocket Thing near the end of the tournament, so look out for that! \o/ Otherwise he's doing jackshit and could really use some motivation. It's difficult to make enemies with him, but if you can manage it I'd love it! Otherwise I'd love to find someone for him to bro it up with, since he's kind of bff-less here in Johto.

Location Vermillion, soon to be heading back and exploring Johto with Kimblee
Blurb: Logan is the (constantly stressed) King of Albion who is essentially a tyrant for a good reason. He's very fond of his country and his people and will go out of his way to do everything he can to ensure the survival of Albion. Here in Johto that means he's trying to keep Reaver and Page safe orz. He's interested in meeting other rulers and comparing worlds!
Plans: He's going to be travelling with Kimblee for awhile to get some more Gym Badges, then meeting up with Reaver in Olivine. I'd really love to get him CR with other kings/rulers/what have you! He just needs CR in general since he's also kind of a shut-in orz.

Location Goldenrod, though he'll be heading to Saffron in a couple of weeks
Blurb: A moron. I mean... totally not a moron. He's a little... special... Wheatley's been in Johto before and he's glad to be back; he's a member of Team Rocket again and he's going to be doing all the science!!! He's very fond of that and of tormenting GLaDOS and of course, not being called a moron.
Plans: He's going to meet up with Descole in Saffron and do science!!! over there in a couple of weeks (after he gets a job.... orz). Otherwise he's wide open! I'd really love to get him CR with other Rockets or scientists! Anyone who loves science should come to him and he'll tell you all about his ideas to make Steelix float using Magnemites. :|

In any event, it's most likely that they'd meet through Emmy, I think, if Isaac doesn't do something reckless that ends up on the network. I...think I remember reading somewhere that they were friends? Something along those lines.

I'd love to get more CR with Ren! Archer will be very pissed with a "traitor" so negative CR can definitely develop from there! \o/

As far as my others go, if you see anything that pings you, don't hesitate to reply! Ryuunosuke, Logan, and Wheatley don't care as much about traitors (or Team Rocket at all in Logan's case...) so we can always build CR there!
