Blurb: Bright, energetic and confident, there is very little that could bring Crow down. He may be blunt to the point of acting like a jerk sometimes, but underneath that he's a really kind and gentle guy with a soft spot for kids especially. While a bit rash, he's generally a good person with a strong sense of what's right and what's wrong (which somehow does not equal obeying the law), as well as loyalty to his friends.
Plans: Honestly? I'M NOT SURE. It depends on a lot of other factors, such as the tournament outcome, a certain TR member getting in touch with him, etc. He's in Vermillion until the end of tournament for sure, but after that... well, I'd sure want him to get down to Kanto badge challenge at some point; there might be some more Sigilyph shenanigans in the future, but not anytime soon. Basically, most things I have in mind for him can be tweaked to fit whatever comes, so I'm open to any ideas!
