The All-Purpose PokéMeme!
THE ALL PURPOSE POKéMEME
We've had plenty of memes about our characters in the past, so why not something a little different? After all, Pokémon is a huge part of what makes Route so special.
Feel free to use this meme to:
- Talk about your characters' teams!
- Plot for Pokémon CR
- Discuss any headcanon you have about certain species or Pokémon in general
- Discuss ideas for Pokémon related shenanigans
- Take suggestions if you're struggling with a Pokémon's personality, what Pokémon to get your character, or anything else!
The sky's the limit, folks, so have at it!

AND THE REST!
Victor the Houndoom: Originally named Valtiel, Vickie was the starter of one of Heather's super awesome buddies from home, left in her care when they disappeared from Johto. Heather renamed him due to already having a member of her team named after the good Archangel. But despite his villainous origins, Vickie is a calm and well-trained dog, interested mainly in doing what he's told and obeying his trainer. Since Heather was who his old trainer intended him to go to, he is obedient to her and eager to please. But sadly, on account of him being a HUGE ASS DEMON DOG WHO USED TO BELONG TO A CULT MEMBER, Heather is still rather wary of him. She's used to cute shaggy Growlithes, not big demonic hell-dobermans.
Cleo the Persian: Also a parting gift from her old cult-buddy, Cleo is the total opposite of her canine companion. Cruel, selfish, and manipulative, this lioness-sized cat is a sneaky bully whenever Heather has her back turned, and merely aloof while she's watching. Most of Heather's larger Pokemon dislike her, particularly on the account of how she keeps attempting to eat Mully and Wren (the latter of whom delights in the challenge and goes out of her way to annoy Cleo whenever possible.).
Butch the Quagsire: Gregarious and friendly, Butch gets along with most, but can be a little overbearing when he doesn't get his way. He too was a gift from a departed friend, and frequently absconds with Heather's PokeGear so that he can chat with his sometimes-long-distance girlfriend, a Wooper named Flapper. When he's not preoccupied with that, though, he's a cheerful creature who enjoys spending time with people.
Slightly the Gengar: Probably one of the more antagonistic members of Heather's team, Slightly was literally mailed to her IN A BOX from a departed friend, and frequently fights with his new trainer, who he has no qualms about insulting via terrible chatspeak should he ever get hold of her PokeGear. Knock-down, drag-out fights between the two are relatively common, and fortunately never cause much lasting damage on account of Gengars seemingly being made of rubber, and ghost-punches not leaving actual bruises. Fortunately, Slightly's pretty harmless outside of bitching constantly and causing the occasional bout of mischief. Wren is the only Pokemon on the team he actively gets along with, though (Cheryl is grudgingly accepted, but only when nobody else is watching, okay?).
Honey the Butterfree: Honey is the very definition of easy-going. He likes sweets. That's about it. If you're willing to share a plate of cookies, he'll be your pal forever.
Blue Rose the Deino: Although not the youngest, Blue is the newest addition to the team, and another departed-friend gift. Heather doesn't know her too well yet, but she seems to get along well with Mully, frequently playing the part of his noble steed in his adventures.
