CR with John and/or Nervous Broad, maybe? Before Crisis is pretty much the only ffvii spin off I'm unfamiliar with so I'm not really sure which would be a better combo: ghost-loving goob or imaginary flapper. But since Valeria's traveling with John's future in-laws I would imagine them meeting at some point would be probable.

I actually think both would be great combinations if you're game! From what I know / have seen / read of John so far, I think Val'd take to him easily enough and I think they'd get along pretty well! I... just can't promise John won't wind up unofficially adopted somewhere along the way, which might make their eventually meeting up at some point more exciting. As for Nervous Broad, Val could definitely use some more girl friends and I'd be willing to bet NB could, too. And the more I think about potential CR between the two, the more and louder I hear "fun fun fun fun," so I'm totes game!

Also I'm going to go ahead and shamelessly say you should totally familiarize yourself with BC and that I can totally help if you need help doing that. Just sayin'.

I am totally okay with that and so is John. He doesn't really have a lot of experience with the whole mom-figure thing. Closest he has is Malonde and frankly the woman intimidates him a good deal of the time. AND NB HAS...HD. THAT'S IT AS FAR AS GAL PALS GOES...so yeah, you're definitely right about that.

I'm glad to hear it and so is Val! Lack of experience with the whole mom-figure thing? Again, I'm hearing the word "fun" in succession, possibly long and drawn out. And shhhh, it's okay. Val's only got Mom Lalonde atm. Clearly all four need to meet and rock the heck out of Johto. I'm not sure Johto could handle it, though. Heck, I'm not even sure Johto can handle these two sets individually, but that's just me.

I'll quietly enable you toward that end. It's a good game. It has its 'oh my god what are you doing Squeenix' moments, but it wouldn't be an FFVII comp. game without those. Highly recommending it. And not just because I'd love to have someone to talk to about it.
