omg yes that is also a thing that I want.

Heather has a tendency to collect younger sibling figures and if she continues to talk with Shaun, I can definitely see things going in that direction-- especially since she tends to empathize really strongly with other kids who have had extremely traumatic experiences. WHICH I THINK SHAUN QUALIFIES FOR.

So as long as he doesn't mind putting up with a whole lot of obnoxious big-sis teasing, if they become friends the relationship would almost certainly head in that direction.

HEATHER IS GOOD AT THAT and would highly approve of tormenting corrupt cops with immature pranks yes.

And no worries on that front, she's usually pretty good about that. Except in cases where the other party is like... begging for it but Shaun seems like a chill, laid-back kid so I doubt that'd be the case.
