What you're looking for: I play a lot of jerks, so negative CR is always fun. I'm not really looking for anything specific!

Character
Name + Journal + Series: Frank Archer (determinator) • Fullmetal Alchemist
Location: He travels between Goldenrod and Mahogany, so one of those
Blurb: A Colonel in the Amestrian military with very little battle experience, Archer is a warmongering asshole who spends his time in Johto coming up with ways to take it over. He may not be your stereotypical melodramatic villain, but he does have his moments of weakness (which he will deny) and he's not quite as competent and in control as he tries to appear. He's batshit crazy beneath that rather calm exterior and tends to snap at even the slightest provocation. He's kind of a social failure and incredibly lonely when you get right down to it though.
Plans: Archer does have some Plans in the future, but for the time being he's bossing Kimblee around and trying to figure out if there are any decent new recruits in Team Rocket that he can... get Kimblee to sway because he's far too important to do it himself. I'd love to form CR with other Rockets, but positive or negative CR of any sort would be awesome!

Blurb: Isaac was a soldier for several years before ditching the military after disagreeing with their methods. Seven years later, he went on a rampage in order to stop an Evil Plot the government was behind. This involved riding glaciers through the city and killing a bunch of people. He's a good person at heart, he just does stupid things like that in order to achieve his goals (and for the record, he didn't accomplish anything). He's very competent in battle, not so much in social situations. He has a very difficult time reading simple social cues and as such, tends to avoid people.
Plans: I never have any plans for Isaac. He needs more CR, but getting him out there can be kind of difficult. Sparring partners might be nice though!

Location Goldenrod City
Blurb: Ryuunosuke is a bit immature, but he's outgoing and friendly and fun to hang out with. Just ignore the fact that he's a serial killer with very warped views on religion and you'll be fine! He's cold and calculating underneath that pleasant exterior, but he's actually genuine most of the time. He loves what he does and while he can't do it here in Johto, he makes up for it with attacking random NPCs in the name of Team Rocket.
Plans: No plans for him, but I'd love to get him more Rocket CR! He needs people to bro it up with in general as well, but really anyone who will let him go crazy on them would be ideal!

Blurb: The King of Albion, Logan has always been the one to shoulder the burden of responsibility for a kingdom of 6.5 million people. He cares about the kingdom rather than the people, and has become known as a tyrant for his methods. He seems to care only about raising money to fund an army, but he has a reason for his actions. Not that he'll tell anyone that reason, since he can totally handle this on his own. Really. When he's not attempting to be regal, he's actually kind of a social failure who just wants friends okay. He's also ridiculously trusting.
Plans: He's going to go get Cianwood's badge... eventually... and then move on to get the rest of the badges. He's actually in Team Rocket and I would like him to be forced into working for the organization at some point, but for the time being any CR would be loved! I'm particularly fond of having him talk politics and world differences with other leaders, so monarchs of any sort would be lovely!
