We've only had one thread of significance so far, but I can tell purely from that single thread that your Ken is just... absolutely spot-on. He's polite and charming but still so sweet and humble, exactly the way he should be. I love that you've gotten across both his intelligence and his awkwardness and just... It's so wonderful to see what is probably my favorite Digimon character of all time played so well. ;-;

You're a joy to have around, and I really look forward to more CR between Ken and Heather!

o/////o Oh gosh, I am really relieved and thrilled and honored to hear that. He's got a very specific voice so I work really hard (and fret equally hard) over getting that across, and to hear it's been working is just fantastic.

Particularly from someone I wanted to tag in this meme myself! I sadly can't comment on Heather's characterization because I don't have first-hand experience with her canon, but she's a fantastic character to tag with and you're particularly good at making sure there's something interesting in every tag to react to. Ken by nature doesn't always provide the most scintillating conversation but she was really able to coax more out of him, so our thread was great fun and I do look forward to more CR!

Especially for, yes. Reasons already mentioned.

It's definitely working! Ken is a very distinct character and I really do think you've captured him wonderfully.

I'm glad you've enjoyed our interaction-- I was actually worrying a little that Heather was running out of things to say and that my tags were coming across dull! I know Ken's a quiet kid so I'm glad to hear she was successful in getting him talking!

I don't know much about Ken's canon (I've only read the comics for the 1st season), but he's been wonderful to play against so far. I'm really hoping him and Nobita can get more CR later on.

I only know Nobita's canon by reputation myself (and it is so awesome you're playing from Doraemon, btw! The actual "classics" of animé don't get enough love in fandom), but I think they're making cute acquaintances so far. <3 I do look forward to them interacting more as they go about their journeys - Ken is definitely cheering for Nobita!

Doraemon was actually the first managa/anime I was introduced to, so it's always been hidden down in my mind at all times.

And I'm really, really hoping that they get more interactions, of any sort!

Since apparently I'm using replies to poke other people for the meme lol doin it rong, I'd like to just say I love your Daisuke. He's still very much himself but has been handed some troubles that, at the point in his life we see in canon, he wasn't having to deal with - and imo you're nailing his reaction. And since Ken hasn't seen a lot of Daisuke's moody side before, getting to play out the two of them realizing they can be there for each other has been really, really fun. CHEER UP, BUDDY, KEN IS NOT 100% SURE HOW TO FRIEND PEOPLE BUT HE IS FRIENDING YOU SO HARD.

You've also been totally awesome to talk and plot with (and thank you again for ICONS EEEE), so I look forward to more shenanigans! Which should only increase once they meet in person and the shedding of manly tears has subsided.
