Blurb: Wally is a giant dork who loves food, science, and women. He thinks he's hot shit because he's a superhero and gave himself powers by being a chemistry genius, and he will more than likely talk your ear off about this and pretty much anything else he knows anything about (which is a lot about a lot of random crap). He's back to being more derpy and less angsty now, but don't ever call him chicken or a wuss or he will go all Marty McFly on your ass (no joke).
Plans: For once, I got nothin'. I've been pretty out of my game recently and the Robin torture plot is well since over so it'd be nice to have Wally involved in something again, particularly if it involves Team Rocket. He's getting pretty bored not being able to do anything.
