Location Olivine City. Currently sneaking after/following the trail of Heather and the gang. Once they learn fly, he's going to be stuck in the top part of Johto with shit all to do, because like hell is he going through Ice Path again.
Blurb: He's a complete dick. He's sly, cunning, manipulative, selfish and lazy as all hell. He'll use you without even considering it.
Plans: He's just following Heather and the crew at the moment, because he has nothing better to do since Claudia left.

Vincent still needs some pawns. I would say friends, but he doesn't have those. He needs people that won't hate him after two minutes of talking to him.

Location Goldenrod City. He has the Otherhouse there, as well as a job at the Breeding Center. I doubt he'll be leaving anytime soon, unless it's for a trip to the beach with the kids, or to pick up someone from some place (once he has a Pokémon that learns fly).
Blurb: The Other Father's a lovely man (albeit sometimes may come off as bit creepy or larger than life) who only really cares about being a good father and raising 'his' kids well. He's sadly without his wife though, so he's missing out the other half that takes care of discipline/does most of the 'housework'; he can be a little hopeless from time to time, due to this.

Other Father needs some bros! And more kids that need a stable parent figure, because no kid should be left without one. ♥

You know what? Other Father needs some conflict in his life too. He's used to it, but it could be fun playing him off of some conflict it's not like his wife is here to provide it.

Nobita and OF need to meet up someday, somehow. Probably when Nobita actually gets on the road again.

Nobita probably won't turn down the offer of another parental figure in his life-actually, he'll probably be really, really happy, because he misses his family a lot.
