Location: Kanto, I imagine.
Blurb: A former director of a really big, important science-group-turned-psuedo-government-world-power, and is a huge science man, but is really just a walking social disaster. Currently collecting dark type Pokémon like pogs (hahaha who even remembers those things) because of a crippling fear of ghosts.
Plans: Right now he's rushing to Pewter to meet with Lightning and hopefully find Vanille, so he's a little stressed out. He'll be staying in the region in September, but going back to Johto on October because he doesn't want to be in the same region as Lavender Town when Halloween comes.

I had originally wished to acquire CR as Hope's a breeder and Xemnas has keen interest in building a decent relationship with a few to further his goal of taking over the world but I'm not certain recent IC events make that a good idea!

Well Hope's keeping an eye on Xemnas because of Xion, so it's likely that Hope may talk to him one day. ... While hiding the fact that he does know things.
