Because it's that time of year when everybody starts putting together their Fake Internet Fictional People's Christmas Gift Lists™ and it can get complicated to keep track of everything and who's giving and getting what, right? SO:

Latvia is still getting used to the whole Pokémon thing so his gifts are extremely non-Pokémon for the most part.

For France he's hopefully getting a red knitted scarf commissioned.
He's getting another knitted item for Akira Ijyuin, this time a blue hat.
For Bertholt Fubar he'll send a small care package once he arrives in Violet city, filled with sweets and non-perishable localities.
And finally for Harry Mason he'll send a leather bound notebook with a note thanking him for all the advice he gave when Latvia first arrived scribbled in the front (that is, if he ever finds out where to send it).
