Well, I will be slightly more coherent in the morning, for starters (it being just after 2 AM over here and I have class in eight hours anyway, hurm), but as a preliminary thing, I guess we should probably just figure out what Cobra tends to do in Vermilion in general, and the places he tends to frequent and stuff like that, and then I'll figure out how to put Carmen somewhere such that they'd have a shot at interacting?

And then presumably we'll figure out what all that will entail as we go. :|a
