Also, games. Leon isn't as passionate about games as she is but he does think it's super cool to find a girl who likes to play video games. That sort of brings Nanami closer to him on a...'realistic' level, if that makes sense? It sets her apart from all the other girls he's seen and chased after as potential girlfriends due to their qualitative characteristics that "fit" the image of a girlfriend. But with Nanami she sort of breaks out of the norm and instead fits herself into a category that Leon befriends more than woos.
That...doesn't mean that he doesn't find her cute though. Because she is very, very cute. And something may be coming her way this March 14. Honestly though he hasn't actually considered the thought of dating her yet because he's still regarding her as the cute kohai he needs to take care off. It's really interesting to note that Leon doesn't chase after her because of this; most of the other girls he's dated never established close friendships with him before or after the dates. It was mostly casual friendships/relationships. But because Leon viewed her as a friend and junior from the start the sequence of how he initiates a relationship has been disrupted. He hasn't actually realised that for once, he's not...hitting on a cute girl. And that's actually something really special that Nanami has started and some real positive growth!
So tl;dr Saint Nanami of Videogames has worked a miracle on Leon. He likes her as a friend, enjoys talking with her and would definitely be up for a game if she ever asked.
