Cobra on Rude?

Not a lot to say here, not for any negative reasons just that well, Rude, Cobra thinks you're a pretty darn good henchman. Does what he asks, doesn't seem to publicly question him, seems more or less familiar with the level of technology Cobra prefers, and so on.

Cobra's of the opinion that if he had more people like Rude working for him back home, his life would be a lot easier, and if there's anything that would prove otherwise, then well, he's happier to not know about that.

So basically, great henchman, keep up the good work.
