How did this happen we just don't know. No, seriously, never in a million years would I have guessed that these two would become as close as they have because ?¿?????¿¿¿??¿?¿??????????????¿¿???¿???¿?

While overall, John is a very trusting and open person, Tenten sits in a special place in that small circle of people that John will actually be completely open with. She's actually the only person who is NOT a Homestuck who sits in that circle. He's pretty comfortable with the idea of talking to her about just about anything. The only exception that comes to mind is any sort of subject that would be Inappropriate For A Boy To Discuss With A Girl and that's more to do with the fact that John is a gentleman than anything else.

He also completely, 100% believes in her and wants to see her succeed at whatever it is she puts her mind to. He's not one who likes the spotlight himself, but he does find her determination on that front to be very admirable. Even if she leaves, he'll never forget her and he'll find SOME way to be sure that nobody else does either. He's not exactly sure how he would go about doing that but he'll cross that bridge if he ever comes to it. Which...he ind of hopes he doesn't because he would be sad if Tenten left. But at the same time, he knows that she WANTS to and he knows that not everybody is better off in Johto so...he's kind of torn on that.

But basically, yeah, congrats Tenten. You are John's Cross Canon BFF.
