And what's in it for me?

They reward Grunts based on performance. Ssssuch rewards include money, items, higher ranks and all the privileges that go with them.

But nothing on going back?

Nothing. Ssssome people do leave Johto, but there doesn't sssseem to be any reason why. It happens randomly.

Duel Monsters has all of those types - if you count warriors for knights! It will take some remembering, but I can help you try out all of them, if you want.
