Atsuro doesn't have a house in Pokemon world, yet. Since he's still travelling around Kanto and geeking at the local sites. He usually stay at inns/hotels, but he haven't really find a permanent place to settle down in. Probably Saffron because business or something. And the train too.

AND YES HE DOES TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF. Other than the constant reminder to keep eating his veggies ew salads no, Atsuro does take care of himself due to being used to living alone back home.

...Okay, he needs to fix his sleeping habits because late night programming and otaku stuff BUT HE'S GETTING BETTER. Only because his Pokemon nags at him.
