Since it was such a success last month, we're putting together another ATP ad this month...now with more prep time! Blurb: A 400 year old undead villain who isn't so much of a villain these days. He enjoys pranks, pestering strangers, and indulging in terrible-cool ideas like racing flying dinosaurs through the city streets. He can get very moody and will flip through emotions on a dime, but mostly he's happy here in pokemonland. He's the pettiest person alive and will hold a hell of a grudge if he feels wronged, but for those who can put up with him for more than five minutes he can make a good friend.
Plans: Aside from Envy attending Joker's circus when that happens, and a few other plans with people, I don't have anything set in stone.
