Blurb: He's a fabulous, egotistical, ridiculous, whiny mad scientist. He takes himself way too seriously and thinks he's better than everyone. He holds grudges like whoa too. He's a member of Team Rocket's science department and does nefarious things.
Plans: He's currently running a big Rocket project at the moment, but once that's done he'll continue to hang around the base/Goldenrod and he'll of course be checking out the network. If there are Rockets out there who are looking to develop CR with fellow Rockets/one of slightly higher rank, I've got Dist here for that! He's also willing to take on science/machine-related projects for others in order to bolster his evil deeds resume.
I mentioned it in his project post, but I'm also up for working with good guy players so they can confront him somehow if they figure out he's behind the metallic Pokemon. Just let me know if you'd like to do that! Other than that, I don't mind random chance interactions. He's pinged by science-y stuff, beautiful things like flowers and flower-related Pokemon, etc.

Blurb: A mostly incoherent mess, Hagakure is the Super High-School Level Fortune Teller. He's a firm believer of all types of fortune-telling, cryptids, aliens, government conspiracies, ancient supercultures, and all things unexplained. His work and interests are purely scientific and not occult, mind you! He's really carefree and decently easy to get along with, but is also slightly mysterious at times. He's a self-proclaimed Psychic-type trainer.
Plans: I don't have too much planned for Hagakure other than getting him involved in the upcoming crystals plot. He will be all over that, because OOParts everywhere. He'll also be continuing doing his private readings and running his stall at the circus.
As with Dist, I'm up for a variety of CR for Hagakure! Friends would be especially awesome since he didn't have very many at home. Any negative CR is good too, which isn't too hard to achieve especially if your character likes to talk down to fortune-telling and his other hobbies. If there are any other characters out there who also like Psychic-type Pokemon, he would love a training buddy!

Was a professor of sorts in his home world, so he's interested in figuring out how this place works (because it's challenging and... fun...). He's capable of coming off alright, but he still has some pretty elitist shithead views that he hasn't quite gotten rid of even after being stuck in Johto for two years.
Plans: OKAY THERE'S ACTUALLY SOMETHING NEW I'M THINKING OF DOING which is a canon update to a point before the end of the series. Namely, to shortly after he wakes up after being shot with a horrible magical bullet and learns that he will never perform magic again (also his fiancee breaks his finger.)
This wouldn't be for a while yet, but I am thinking it would make him do something kind of drastic. I'm probably going to hammer it out a bit more before I go through with it, but you know.
In more recent plans, he will be participating in the absurd action movie that is going to be Ecruteak City, so if anyone wants to, I don't know, reenact Con Air, that's where he'll be!

She's pretty charismatic and easy to get to talk to just about anyone, so if you're looking for CR, Carmen's one of the ones who can almost always find a reason to strike up a conversation. She's also been here over two years, so anything new and interesting is a perk for her. She also has a Porygon2 named Zack who sometimes turns up on the Gear Network to hilarious effect, usually with a dubstep-remixed song in tow.
Plans: She'll have a post for Fourth Wall once I figure out what her educational theme is going to be this go-around. I also kind of want to dump her into one of the Michael Bay cities post-Fourth Wall for a brief stint, and I'm definitely looking to have her end up in a Musical Episode city as well. Location: Oh my god why is everyone in Goldenrod City
Blurb: Kirigiri is a Japanese teenager whose Super High School Level talent (that is, the unique quality she's particularly renowned for) is one of the canon's big mysteries and therefore I will not spoil it here! However, she's also a pretty excellent detective and joins Naegi in SOLVING ALL THE CRIMES that take place in murderschool, so there's that! She tends to be fairly reserved and generally likes to hang out on the sidelines and watch before really coming out of her shell at all, to the extent that sometimes people forget she's even there. She also has kind of a hilarious tendency of ending conversations by just WALKING THE FUCK AWAY so if ever you are threading with her and she does that, IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S KIRIGIRI. She is, however, getting better at being a people person, because character development is awesome.
Plans: Sometime this summer I really think the Dangans need to make it to Celadon and go to the water park, and also have a week-long Bike Path on Rollerblades Extravaganza. MAKE IT SO, FOLKS

Location: Everyone is in Goldenrod City, la la laaaaaaaaaa.
Blurb: 22 years old, German, a telepath (who's largely been stripped of his powers but fully intends to make do with aggressive use of Psychic-types in the meantime), also a bodyguard/assassin, a generally really classy guy who likes to fuck with people for the sole purposes of schadenfreude and is also pretty good with acts of terrorism like the building and exploding of bombs. As you can see, he's a real winner to be acquainted with.
Plans: He's doing his best to get hired by Cobra Commander and he won Dist's metal Ditto, so I'm hoping to get a post of him playing with that up soon! Also, if you're on Cobra's hit list — or if you're PGC and want to have Schuldig come razzle you in some way or another — let me know!

I could see a fair amount of potential as far as shenanigans with Riku go — I know he has a really powerful team and Schuldig hasn't been here nearly long enough to measure up in terms of Pokemon, but he does have a potentially unexpected advantage in that his telepathy works on Pokemon. If, for example, you wanted to play around with having him turn one of Riku's Pokemon on the other (or against Riku himself, IDK) in a fight, or some other equally dirty maneuver that might give him an advantage where he doesn't have it in brute force.

Location: ... GOL... DENROD? Probably Goldenrod by now. If not, he'll definitely be in that area by the time Fourth Wall swings around.
Blurb: Yusuke is a smart-mouthed, abrasive, audacious as hell teenage delinquent-turned-reluctant defender of humanity with a dislike for authority, a chip on his shoulder, and a hair-trigger temper. He's what's known as a Spirit Detective back where he's from; when demons or the occasional renegade human psychic threaten the living world (looking at you, Sensui), Yusuke is the person whom the guy in charge of the afterlife sends in to make hash of them. Because of this, and because of all the years he spent prior to becoming a Spirit Detective duking it out on the streets, he's pretty accustomed to being in dangerous situations and is a formidable fighter - hell, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that, in true shounen hero fashion, he practically lives for a brawl and a good adrenaline rush. Aside from all of that, Yusuke is more or less a classic Jerk with a Heart of Gold: while he can be - and genuinely is, in many respects - an enormous asshole (known for doing things like saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, cracking mean jokes at other peoples' expense, and generally being inclined to be kind of... crude and insensitive and obnoxious 90% of the time), he's also a lot softer on the inside than he lets on, with a Good Guy streak that manifests itself most strongly in his devotion and loyalty to his friends - as well as in how many of your bones he'll splinter if he ever catches you messing with the people he cares about or preying on the weak and/or innocent.
Yusuke is also inexplicably awesome with children, even though they occasionally do stupid shit like walk right into traffic. Sigh.
Plans: Yusuke is set to conk out for an Important Canon Update after all the event shenanigans have calmed down, so I suspect he'll be fairly, uh... interesting to be around for the next couple of months. As for plans for the event itself, I did sign him up for the crystal exploding, so we'll see if he gets to
FingerbangSpirit Gun one of the things into oblivion! I'm also planning to have him stay in one of the Musical Episode cities, because there is absolutely no way in hell I am missing the opportunity to have Japanese Danny Zuko here go slouching around menacingly while rhythmically snapping his fingers like some dirtbag punk from a '50's-era musical. No way in hell.Other than that, his schedule's open! Hit me up if you want him for anything. o/

What you're looking for: I like building CR over the long-term and with Sniper that's almost certainly a necessity for his character development because the man does not trust easily. Admittedly it's hard to develop any form of positive CR with him because he makes sure to maintain distance from people, and sometimes he does choose to brush people off simply because he doesn't want to get close to them. It definitely requires a character who's patient and/or persistent enough to keep on talking to him even when he's being an ass.
At the same time though I do want to play his more dubious side a little, so I'd like to have him do some jobs for Team Rocket every now and then, sort of like free-lancing? I'd like to get to a point with his positive CR where he'll start to wonder if he should continue with taking jobs from Team Rocket because wow that would totally crush the trust that his positive CR has in him.

Blurb: The BLU Sniper is an anti-social mercenary who spent his days back in his old world fighting the opposing RED team over gravel. Yes, the same gravel used to make roads. Honestly he doesn't know why he's being hired to shoot at people over tarmac but he's paid big dollars for it so he's not one to complain. He tends to keep to himself unless there's something of interest to him or if there's an opportunity for him to brag about his sniping skills, and he's got a fierce independant streak in him that's born out of his pride and his desire to prove himself to the world. He doesn't have much of a moral compass in regards to him killing people, but he's decent enough to give someone a hand so long as it doesn't inconvenience him and he can hold a polite, casual conversation with others if he so chooses to.
So far he's been travelling with Princess Anna (he's convinced she's a run-away lunatic from an asylum and he's hanging around to keep an eye on her
and potentially collect any bounty if he finds a wanted poster anywhere). Surprisingly she hasn't driven him up the wall just yet with her chatter and he hasn't driven her away with his blunt and sharp tongue, and he doesn't have any plans to leave her any time soon. He's also been catching quite a few Pokemon and is admittedly curious about the whole breeding thing, given that his parents own a sheep farm back home.Otherwise he's been in Route almost a month and he's flipping bored of this place.
Plans: He's at Cherrygrove with Anna, currently laughing his head off at her fear of Rattatas. I don't have any plans so far for him save for interacting with people. He is also trying to get Cobra Commander to hire him to take people down, and if he does get a name I will get into contact with the mun involved!

What you're looking for: Route is pretty much my Happy Game. I love using the easygoing environment to take a character like Scar and give him something as close to peace as he can ever really get. Blurb: Scar is a grouchy loner of a guy with pretty good reason to be. He's done a lot of terrible things and made a lot of big mistakes in his life, but he's also lived through some pretty serious shit. Although at his canonpoint (post episode 42) he has essentially lost any sort of motive in his life, he's regained a sense of purpose in the relatively quiet, easy time he's spent in Johto. He's starting to get very attached to his Pokémon, and they've become something of a distraction for him. He's a character who does better when he has something to take care of.
Plans: Scar's still a big, dumb Pokémon n00b. 3/4 of his team is Normals, COME ON, DUDE. Right now, he's lingering between Violet and Goldenrod, training to try to earn his first badge.
Positive CR is love! Scar's a pretty closed-off dude, so characters who foster a sense of ease in others tend to go really well with him. He also tends to be much more open with kids! In spite of his lone-wolf tendencies, he does have a surprisingly strong paternal instinct in canon, and I'd like to be able to bring that out in Route.
That said, characters who are willing to push his buttons are awesome, too. And... they are very easy to push. Innocent teasing and whatnot can be a lot of fun with him.

What you're looking for: People who can challenge Riku, as a fighter, trainer, or just on a moral/emotional level. Riku may be a seasoned trainer with a huge team, but huge movesets and power can only get him so far, and it'd be interesting to see him go up against tactics that push him outside his comfort zone. He's also the leader of the PGC, so having some more conflict with baddes would be pretty fun in my book.

As of now, he's the acting leader of the Pokémon Guardian Corps-- or PGC-- a team that exists to combat Team Rocket and protect the peace. He inherited the role from Lightning, but thankfully he's got help from Tenten and others to keep the team running as smooth as possible.
Plans: Nothing immediate. I'd like to get another PGC recruitment post up sometime in the near future, and right now he's traveling with friends, planning to help Kairi learn how to train. Other than that, it's all up in the air.
